2. What we process, why, and on what basis
- Correspondence - if you email us or book a call, we process the data you provide (name, email, message, meeting details) to respond and handle your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where relevant, steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Booking - meetings are scheduled through Cal.com, which processes your booking data as our provider.
- Aggregate analytics - we use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics and Plausible) that produce anonymous, aggregate statistics. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profiling. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding site usage.
- Delivery & security - our hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address in server logs to deliver and protect the site.
3. Cookies
This website does not use cookies. Our analytics are cookieless, so no consent banner is required.
4. Recipients and processors
We rely on: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, analytics), Cal.com (scheduling), Plausible (analytics) and Zoho (email). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our related legitimate interests; analytics data is aggregate and not linked to you.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw. Providing data is voluntary but may be necessary for us to respond.
